Project 23 - Dallas Replay

Minority Franchise Ownership Initiative - Champions Diversity Forum

Project 23 Dallas

Project 23 Dallas was an event inspired by Tony Nicholson, VP of Sales at Self Esteem Brands, LLC, Platinum J3 VIP, and Diversity Champion.

In alignment with Mayor Eric Johnson's commitment to creating economically inclusive opportunities through franchising in Dallas, TX, this event focused on the African-American community, reflecting Self Esteem Brands' corporate commitment.

The goal was to pair strong prospective entrepreneurs with brands that had a proven track record of success and scalability, access to capital, and expert legal guidance to ensure success.

Attendees heard from major franchise brands like Self Esteem Brands and Neighborly, as well as successful African-American franchise owners and an alternative funding expert.

The event was designed for individuals who were either curious about or seriously considering franchise business ownership with brands strategically focused on supporting and ensuring the success of African-American franchise owners.

Project 23 Dallas brought together all the essential parties needed to create the next generation of successful African-American entrepreneurs.

By attending, participants walked away with a roadmap to successful business ownership and the vital connections needed to sustain that success.
